2. Permanent License

Steps to Obtain a Permanent Driving License

Wait for 42 days after obtaining your learner permit before applying for the permanent license.
After completion of learner period, go to the traffic police office reception counter. Bring your required documents and collect token from QMS.

Collect the form, attach a photocopy of your ID card and the learner permit, and proceed to the testing section.

3. PSV License

Letter from the embassy requesting the SSP Traffic to issue/renew the driving license, including the applicant’s residential address in Islamabad.
The applicant’s visa must be valid for at least six months from the date of application.
Photocopy of the diplomatic or non-diplomatic card issued by MOFA.
Photocopy of any driving license issued by the applicant’s home country.
Original passport must be presented during the process.
One passport-sized photo along with Form B for the medical check (Form B is available on the ITP website).
Two copies of all the above mentioned documents are required.

6. Duplicate, Renewal and Conversion License

Fill in your details at the counter. The data entry operator will provide you with a form. Carefully review it and sign.

Submit the form to the operator. You’ll receive a receipt with the date to collect your license. On the given date, collect it from the delivery counter.
